Kathy Zisser – Construction Insurance Service Manager

Kathy has worked for our agency since its establishment and is nicknamed “the powerhouse” of the office. In fact, all activity in the office, other than claims, is handled in one way or another by Kathy at some stage – issuing Contractors All Risks policies, effecting amendments to existing policies, underwriting liaison, credit control and more.
Kathy has been involved in construction insurance for more than 25 years during which time she has accumulated extensive knowledge in the field of Contractors All Risks insurance, urban renewal and National Outline Plan 38 projects, Products Liability, Professional Indemnity and has an aptitude for coordinating and timing all stages of customer service to their utmost satisfaction.
